What is Pranic Healing?
-
Pranic Healing is a no-touch, energy-based healing system developed by Master Choa Kok Sui that works by cleansing and energizing the body's energy field — known as the aura and chakras — to accelerate the body's natural ability to heal itself. It is practiced by hundreds of thousands of people in over 100 countries and is used to address physical conditions, emotional stress, mental patterns, and spiritual development.

very living being is surrounded by and interpenetrated with a luminous energy body. This energy body — called the bioplasmic body or aura — powers all physical, emotional, and mental functions. When your energy field is congested, depleted, or imbalanced, the physical body begins to experience symptoms: pain, fatigue, stress, illness, and emotional difficulty.
Pranic Healing works by removing energetic congestion and replenishing depleted areas with fresh prana (life force). When the energy body is cleansed and balanced, the physical body follows.
-
A session involves three core steps:
1. Scanning The practitioner uses their hands to scan the energy field and identify areas of congestion, depletion, or imbalance — without touching the body. This is similar to how a doctor takes readings before treating.
2. Cleansing Diseased, stagnant energy is removed from the affected chakras and areas of the aura. This step is critical — energizing without cleansing first would be like painting over a dirty wall.
3. Energizing Fresh, high-quality prana is projected into the affected areas to restore balance and support healing. The session ends with stabilization and sealing techniques to hold the work in place.
Sessions typically last 45–60 minutes and can be done in person or remotely (distance healing is equally effective and widely used).

Unlike Reiki or other energy modalities, Pranic Healing is:
Protocol-based — There are specific, systematic protocols for hundreds of conditions, developed through decades of research by Master Choa Kok Sui
No-touch — The practitioner never physically touches the recipient
Measurable — Progress is tracked before and after each session using a 0–10 scale
Teachable — Anyone can learn the basics; Christian Verde teaches workshops to help people heal themselves and their loved ones
Holistic — It addresses physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual dimensions simultaneously
-
Pranic Healing works with a detailed map of the body's energy system, including:
The Aura — the multilayered energy field surrounding the physical body
Major and Minor Chakras — energy centers that govern different organs and systems
Meridians and Nadis — energy channels that distribute prana throughout the body
This framework, rooted in ancient wisdom and systematized by Master Choa Kok Sui, allows practitioners to target specific areas with precision.

Pranic Healing has been used alongside conventional medicine to support recovery from:
Stress, anxiety, and burnout

Yes. Distance (remote) Pranic Healing sessions are a core part of the practice and are equally effective as in-person sessions. Because Pranic Healing works on the energy body — which is not limited by physical space — the practitioner can scan, cleanse, and energize a client's aura from anywhere in the world. Christian Verde currently serves clients in New England, across the United States, and internationally, including clients in Taiwan.
